In Malans we produce 75%, which had originally been the
only red wine grape allowed to be planted in Malans. The
remaining 25% of our production consist of Merlot, Malbec,
Riesling x Sylvaner, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer,
Chardonnay and Blanc de Pinot Noir.
