softly curved driveway leads visitors up to the cedar
clad winery building. A central production hall and
two
side wings for fermentation, maturing and storing encompass
the winery building. The Cellar door wine tasting
area
gives visitors the opportunity to experience at close
hand the skills and craftsmanship involved in the
making
of excellent wines.
A new “Meeting Place and Staffroom” building houses also the wine
makers’ office where they plan, study and enjoy the result of their work.
Insulation panels and temperature control units ensure perfect environment during
the wine making process and wine storage.
